MEMORY

A loud "bang" wakes Jessica (Tilda Swinton) at dawn, after which she can't sleep. While visiting her sister in Bogotá, she befriends Agnes (Jeanne Balibar), an archaeologist studying human remains discovered inside a tunnel under construction. Jessica travels to meet Agnes at the excavation site. In a small village nearby, she meets a fish climber, Hernan (Elkin Diaz). They share memories by the river. As the day comes to an end, Jessica wakes up with a sense of clarity.
