LEONORA

Xilitla, 1946. Leonora Carrington enters the surrealist garden built by Edward James, initiating a journey between reality and delirium that will take us from her childhood in England to Mexico in the middle of the 20th century. Based on the novel by Elena Poniatowska, LEONORA is the portrait of a woman who from her youth showed a fervent rebelliousness and resilience through her actions and her painting, becoming one of the most important surrealist artists in the history of art, both in Mexico and abroad.
