Christian is the respected curator of a contemporary art museum. He is a divorced man and a dedicated father, the kind of man who drives an electric car and supports good causes. His upcoming exhibition The Square is an installation that invites passers-by to altruism. As preparations for the exhibition take place, Christian's life begins to unravel, catapulting him and the entire museum into an existential crisis.
