Josef Mengele, Nazi doctor in charge of scientific research on humans in Auschwitz, manages to flee Germany at the end of World War II to settle in Argentina with the help of some ex-soldiers of Hitler's army and some pro-fascist South American families. From Buenos Aires to Sao Paulo, the one known as "The Angel of Death" will live more and more in hiding, avoiding any kind of judicial process against him until his final disappearance.
